No taste. Food was stale not fresh..

Love this place. I can never get tired of the taste. You should go to Chipotle as well!

Stopped by for a quick take out dinner. There was a line to the door, but it did move quickly. Food was great and they even had the sauteed veggies. Had the chicken bowls. Took two home and my husband, mom, and I shared and had leftovers! The chips and guacamole was excellent too.

The lady told me she can't put rice, corn, or anything else in the quesadilla except cheese anymore. She said there is a policy change. I understand it might be a new policy but she didn't have to be rude or talk down to me.... down to 2 star from 5. Just lost a long time regular customer.

Waited way to long for my food and the order wasn't even correct.

We ordered three different burrito bowls... carnitas, steak and chicken. The carnitas bowl had only maybe two tablespoons of meat, dried out and crusty. The chicken bowl was supposed to have brown rice, but had white and the bowl itself wasn't even half full of food. Half of the steak bowl barely had any contents. I say someone was in too big of a hurry to actually read the order, use fresh food and use the correct portions. Step up your staff members and learn them how to correctly make food and not use old, dried up meat! Disappointed to pay $36 for a $15 amount of bad food...

Food good, service not. I didn't appreciate the snarky remark when I picked up the food. In a cocky tone" Has your name on it doesn't it?" When I asked if it was mine.

Way overpriced for what you get. I also had a chunck of avocado shell in my guac that I could have choked on. The restrooms were not even remotely clean. I am never going back

After explaining the order multiple times the girl still got it wrong. Seemed overwhelmed while trying to put together the order which only consisted of two things, then came off pretty rude because of it. Was in a rush and kept cutting my fiancé off when he was trying to explain the order to her. The steak was burnt and had a bitter, unpleasant taste. Usually have a pretty good experience at the Chipotle franchises but this one was sub par to say the least..

Clean and tasty. Like most Chipotle restaurants, the selection is excellent and is a great place for a quick bite.

Both the burrito and salad were well made. I've had burritos at other places where each ingredient is in its own corner. My bowl was perfectly made with lettuce and light rice, exactly as I asked for.

Good staff, clean store. They have a nice patio to enjoy your chipotle.

Not the best Chipotle experience I've ever had. Service was pretty good but food wasn't very hot and lacked some flavor. Overall not terrible though

They built us some terrific sofrita salads with hot, medium, and mild salsas. (Yes, we get all three.) The ingredients are fresh and the spices are very yummy. Our only issue was there was a glob of sour cream in the hot salsa. That's no bueno for us plant based eaters. Other than that, everything was great and served by happy staff.

I love Chipotle. But the workers in Findlay make this a great location. Great food, always clean, and always quick!

Portion size has been cut again. It's amazing from store to store how different the amounts are. Here they don't even give full scoops of items. I received half a scoop of rice and I now have to ask for double the meat to get what I used to get.

I try to like Chipotle. I love the quality of the ingredients but it's pretty bland. Even with the corn salsa which is supposed to medium and the fresh tomato the burrito or bowl or salad is missing flavor. I had the steak and guac and sour cream but it was still missing that great combo of flavor you get from a great burrito.

For the most part our order was prepared correctly, but we were not given our kids drinks or 2 izzes. When I called the restaurant (we ordered pick up) to let them know we didn't get our items they said they were out of izzes and apple juices. We were told we could get out on a list to receive free drinks next time we visit or call corporate to get a refund. While I understand that is policy, it seems like that might have been something brought up to my wife when she picked up the order, rather than just saying nothing and letting her leave the restaurant.

You have to wait outside for your order but I felt my order was timely and delicious

I usually have the veggie bowl. I like that I can build my own. I had brown rice, brown beans, tofu, grilled red and green peppers, salsa, (red and green), guacamole and lettuce. You get more w/ a bowl. Also h2o. All for about $8.95 and healthy. This makes a rich blend of flavor.

If you order for pickup expect your order to be be missing items and they use bare minimum ingredients. You must watch them do it for them to do it fairly. The staff is teenagers are they lack friendliness or people skills.

While I'm all for Speedy service, everyone was rushing so quickly that it took three different times explaining our order, and it was still not correct. It was something that no more, so no complaints as we ate it regardless. But management needs to focus I'm giving people a little breathing room actually listen to the customer so they can get the order done right.Still good food, and we'll go back.

Portions on everything could have been better. It just depends on the day and how busy they are. I had to ask for more rice, lettuce, and cheese. I usually never have that issue

This Chipotle is very efficient and deals with the lunch rush better than most. The dedication and cooperation of the team here sets this location apart, and the result is one of the best Chipotles in NW Ohio. It's how all their locations should strive to function.

Don't bother counting calories. Come in and feast on the delicious food. I highly recommend anything with any of the protein options. I guarantee you'll leave full and satisfied. Pssst don't forget the guacamole I believe it's the best period.

I worked at the Findlay Chipotle for almost 6 years-- great experience! We were trained to uphold the best customer service standards. Today I was sorely disappointed when I tried to order online and received an error fourtimes, called and automated system also gave error. So I called the store. I was told there was nothing they could do-- keep trying or just come through the line. I'm 9 months pregnant and have a 2 year old so the online option is what works best. I know typically over the phone orders are not permitted but there are always circumstances that allowed flexibility. The person I spoke to asked no questions and was cold and essentially just rude. I'm glad I know the GM personally so I can make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else hopefully. Tonight's dinner will be elsewhere for sure.

Compared to other Chipotle's we have eaten at in ohio, SC, iowa, Illinois, Colorado this one was pretty skimpy in portions and they were talking over each other so you couldn't understand what was being asked. We love Chipotle but don't know that we would recommend this one to people.

I was always a fan of Hotheads over Chipotle but have recently been converted...Food here is always good. Typically get a chicken bowl.

Was very disappointed in my meal. Ordered a bowl with extra brown rice, steak,onions, green peppers, queso and pico de gallo. Was very bland tasting with hardly any flavor. The steak was luke warm to cold and very chewy. The onions and peppers were not very flavorful at all. The biggest flavor I got was from the rice. Still not impressed with this franchise as this is not the only branch I've found where it left a lot to be desired.

Maybe if the Findlay, Ohio restaurant turned their music down they could actually hear what I had ordered and given me the chicken I asked for instead of the steak I didn’t realize I had until after I got home. They had to ask my friend a question 3 times because they couldn’t hear him answer over their own music. The food was great, but the ambience left much to be desired.
